Valentine’s Day (Ella Brennan’s Milk Punch)


Ella Brennan’s Milk Punch
Adapted from Ella Brennan
Serves 2. Allow 10 minutes prep time, 4 hours chilling time. 

1/2 cup bourbon
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
dash nutmeg

Combine the bourbon, half and half, cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar and stir until well combined. Freeze for four hours, or until slushy. Stir thoroughly to break up frozen chunks.

Spoon into serving glasses and top with nutmeg.
